WEST CHESTER, Pa. — July 26, 2011 — Chiral Technologies, Inc. (CTI) announced today that it has entered into a cooperative agreement with BioTools, Inc. of Jupiter, Fla., the leader in vibrational chiroptical spectroscopy.

ILLKIRCH, France — September 8, 2010 — Chiral Technologies Europe (CTE) announced that it has entered into an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with the University of Vienna, Austria. According to the agreement, CTE acquired exclusive manufacturing and marketing rights for novel Cinchona alkaloid-based zwitterion-exchange type chiral stationary phases (CSPs), invented and developed by researchers at the University of Vienna. The addition of the new CSPs provides a significant expansion of Chiral Technologies’ well-established portfolio of enantioselective chromatography products.
