Pilar Franco, Ph.D., CTE’s manager of technical operations, will present “Optimising Productivity at Preparative Scale for the Separation of Enantiomers” at 2:50 p.m., Monday, September 13. Dr. Franco’s presentation will review the different parameters needed to make preparative chromatography a cost-effective, time saving technology. She will discuss the use of liquid chromatography and supercritical fluid chromatography, and decision criteria for selecting batch or continuous chromatographic modes for preparative-scale operations. Future trends will also be considered.
Visit CTE (Booth #7) for more information on its immobilisation column technology, which allows chromatographers to use expanded ranges of solvents and mobile phases for the most challenging
